Incase you didn't already know, this is the guy who went from being a skinny wimp nicknamed Skinny Vinny who always wanted to be more muscular (but never succeeded even on loads of supplements), to a rock solid 210 pounds with just 10% body fat. I am glad to say that I am speaking from experience when it comes to reviewing this product because I have bought it and use it myself. I have absolutely no time for these guys who review products and pretend to be experts when they have never bought the product for themselves and, even in the fitness niche, are often almost obese and sitting on their behind at a computer all day!

I just wouldn't do that because all you're doing is cheating the reader with a false account.

So what is my verdict on No Nonsense Muscle Building?

I have to say I am very impressed indeed by the amount of excellent content in this product and in the way that it is presented.

I have been using the Upside Down Training module for about 7 weeks now and have put on around 7 or 8 lbs already of solid muscle mass. And when I progress to the 29 week beginners/intermediate intensive workout program, I hope to see even more impressive gains. I love being told exactly when I should be training and resting. I love being told exactly what to eat and when to eat it, which helps enormously with my weekly shopping!

In short, I love having all guesswork eliminated and instead being led step by step by an expert.

No Nonsense Muscle Building just plain works, simple as that. It is very reasonably priced and ticks all the boxes as far as I'm concerned in what an excellent muscle building guide should contain.
